Introduction:

Round plate filter presses have higher filtration pressure. The filter plate is pressed by a 500T hydraulic press, combined with polypropylene synthetic material, nylon fiber and other materials, it has higher strength and can withstand higher filtration pressure. The dewatering effect and capacity is higher than ordinary filter press and other filtration equipment. The filtration pressure is about 1.5-2.5 Mpa and moisture content of filter cake can reach 15-18%.

Round plate filter press can also be equipped with some automation systems to realize automatic pulling open each filter plate and discharging filter cake, automatic washing the filter cloth and collecting washing dirty water by a water drip tray, and automatic transporting the filter cake out by a belt or screw conveyor. With these optional automation systems, the filter press can be a highly automated equipment and has advantages of high efficiency, easy to operate and reduce manpower operation costs.

Using a piston pump as the feed pump to provide high feeding pressure, round plate filter press is mainly used for high-pressure filtration of clay, porcelain mud, petroleum dewatering, etc.
